Hillary Challenges Google for Electronic Medical Records
She's right, we'll never be able to make healthcare cheaper for everyone under the current system until we streamline it and improve the efficiency of things like record-keeping.
Of course, there is one way we can cut healthcare costs by 25% on top of all of those improvements, but it involves two dirty words... socialized medicine.
I'm not surprised Hillary failed to mention this, since she was given a nice chunk of that 25% profit from the insurance companies to fund her campaign.
I am a Healthcare IT Professional and work in the areas of Research and Development, System Analysis, Software Architecture, Software Engineering, Implementation and Systems Integration.
My areas of interest are Electronic Medical Record, Electronic Health Record, Practice Management, Integrated Health Information Network, RHIO, Personal Health Record, Referral Management, Transcription and Electronic Health Insurance Solutions.
